[SOLD] Pair of Side Tables by Philip and Kelvin LaVerne

Info

USA, 1965

This pair of side tables was designed and created by Philip and Kelvin LaVerne as part of their Chan series of chinoiserie-inspired tables. The LaVernes achieved their detailed designs by acid-etching bronze, adding pewter and enamel, then burying their work to achieve a lustrous patina. These tables are an excellent example the LaVernes’ functional art and are signed on the sides.
