United States, 1950s
Edward Wormley designed this sideboard, model 671A, for Dunbar in 1953 with Japanese fir panels that contrast with the walnut frame. The case has two drawers on top with bronze pulls. Behind the four sliding doors are four adjustable maple shelves and two trays. The entire piece sits on a leather-paneled plinth.
